  1. How to Enter the Contest
    1. To win listeners must click on website Contest Banner and complete the website's contest entry form. Entries must include full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and e-mail address.
    2. Listeners may also register by mail. All entries must include your full name, full address, phone number, and date of birth. Mail entries to: Website (enter name of contest), 895 Central Avenue, Suite 900, Cincinnati, OH 45202. WGRR is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, untimely entries, or for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
    3. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

 

  1. Eligibility Restrictions
    1. The contest is open to all WGRR listeners who are 18 years of age or older with a valid Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana drivers license. WGRR, its corporate parent Cumulus Media, Inc., their affiliated entities, affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Cincinnati metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
    2. Listeners are eligible to win a WGRR contest once every thirty (30) days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
    3. Listeners are eligible to win a prize from WGRR valued at $500 or more once every 365 days (one year).
    4. To enter on line, one internet entry per person and one internet entry per e-mail address. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

 

  1. Prizes:
    1. One winner will receive prize specified on contest banner. Approximate value of prize is specified on contest banner, certain restrictions on prize may be applicable.
    2. Prizes are not assignable or transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
    3. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of WGRR, 895 Central Ave., Suite 900, Cincinnati, Ohio 45052. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 14 business days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or a prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with prior written consent of the winner and, therefore, the winner assumes the risk of its arrival. WGRR is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

 

  1. Selection of Winners
    1. Decision of station management with respect to the contest are final.
    2. One winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. The selection of the winner will take place on the next business day following end of contest date specified on contest banner. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If winner cannot be contacted with in (10) Ten Business Days after prize is awarded, an alternate winner will be selected.

 

  1. Conditions
    1. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. The winner is responsible for all applicable fees.
    2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners, and their guest or travel companion if any, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
    3. Contest winners (and their guests or travel companions, if any) will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by WGRR. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold WGRR, its corporate licensee, its corporate parents Cumulus Media, Inc., their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

 

  1. WGRR reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
  2. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
  3. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
  4. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WGRR, 895 Central Ave., Suite 900, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45202.
