Alien Ant Farm Kicks CKY Off Their Tour After Singers Involved In Altercation

While Alien Ant Farm and CKY were taking part in a co-headlining UK/European tour, the singers of each band got into a physical altercation that resulted in CKY getting kicked off the tour. Alien Ant Farm frontman Dryden Mitchell posted on the band’s Instagram on Saturday (November 9) alleging that CKY singer Chad I Ginsburg punched him in the face. “Sadly, Chad from CKY hasn’t figured out how to cohabitate with others after all these years,” Mitchell wrote. “They will no longer be on the Alien Ant Farm Tour through the rest of the UK shows after Chad punched me in the face earlier today.” In addition to the altercation between the two frontmen, Mitchell also claims that Ginsburg frequently treated “multiple crew members and opening band members like trash.” Mitchell went on to say that he “will never knowingly put myself in volatile situations so this had to end.” Alien Ant Farm’s remaining scheduled dates will continue to go on without CKY, with the band offering refunds to fans who don’t want to attend the upcoming concerts due to CKY’s absence.
