On Sunday (March 30), Sum 41 delivered their final live performance at the 2025 Juno Awards, where they were also inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. During the ceremony, the band played a four-song medley of their hits – “Landmines,” “Fat Lip,” “Still Waiting,” and “In Too Deep” – and bid farewell to their fans, marking the end of their farewell tour that began in early 2024. The band were inducted into the Hall of Fame by fellow pop-punkers, Joel and Benji Madden of Good Charlotte, and in his acceptance speech Deryck Whibley thanked the band’s families and fans for their nearly 30 years of support. “This moment is surreal for us, because we’re not really an awards-show band,” Whibley said. “We’ve always just focused on being our best, not paying attention to anyone else. But if I could sum up our journey in one word, it would be ‘persistence.’” Following the event, Sum 41 released their final music video for the track “Radio Silence.” (Consequence of Sound)
